These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Stratus Clean website and the quote request form. By using this site you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Stratus Clean provides commercial janitorial and cleaning services in Hamilton, Halton, Niagara, and the Tri-Cities region. We do not offer residential or in-home cleaning. Pricing and scope are confirmed by written quote following an on-site or virtual walkthrough.

2. Quote requests

Submitting the quote form does not create a contract. We will contact you within one business day to discuss your needs. Any service agreement will be set out in a separate written proposal that both parties accept.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to submit false information, spam our forms, scrape the site, attempt to disrupt our infrastructure, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

4. Intellectual property

The Stratus Clean and Stratus Building Solutions names, logos, and trademarks are owned by their respective holders. Website content and design are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without permission.

5. Disclaimer

The site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Estimated response times and service-area coverage are guidelines, not guarantees. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stratus Clean is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
